Setup and teardown times:


  • Half-day: 30 min before and after
  • Full-day: 1 hour before and after
  • Extra time beyond these slots will be billed proportionally

Security deposit:


  • €500, to be refunded within 24 hours after the event has ended

ADDITIONAL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES


  • Cleaning: €100/day (includes before and after the event). Continuous service: ask for quote.
  • Corporate photographer (50 edited photos + 15 short videos): €350
  • Artistic portraits by Josep Rodenas: ask for quote
  • Wait staff: €100 (half-day), €150 (full-day)
  • Security: €100 (half-day), €150 (full-day)
  • Quiz creation and animation (Kvistly): ask for quote
  • Corporate magician: ask for quote

EXTRA FURNITURE


  • Extra chairs (beyond 50): €5/unit
  • Stage setup (4 chairs + 2 side tables): €250

KITCHEN FOR EXTERNAL CATERING


External catering is allowed through kitchen rental.

Includes: oven, microwave, refrigerator, 24-bottle wine cooler, XL freezer, dishwasher, utensils.

  • Half-day: €250
  • Full-day: €350

Glassware rental: €2 per person per event, includes cava, wine, and water glasses.

IN-HOUSE DRINKS & CATERING


Main meals may be provided by external catering (with kitchen rental fee).

In-house services:

  • Unlimited coffee, tea, dairy & plant-based milk all day: €5/person
  • Full breakfast or coffee break (pastries, fruit, yogurt, fresh juice): €8/person (plus coffee service)
  • Lunch / cocktail / aperitif: ask for customized offers
