The Storefront is the space with direct street access, located on Carrer de Roger de Llúria, in the heart of Barcelona's Eixample district. Visible from the outside and with its own entrance, this area serves as a multipurpose anteroom within the 450 m² Factor Barcelona complex.

Use as a reception for corporate events:

When Factor Barcelona is used for conferences, training sessions, or private meetings, The Storefront serves as an accreditation, welcome, and branding area . It's the first point of contact with attendees and allows for the installation of counters, custom signage, screens, branding, and customer service personnel.

When a brand uses a space as a pop-up store or showroom , this same area becomes a street-level showcase . It's perfect for presenting products, launching events, offering immersive experiences, or setting up a temporary store. ​

The Studio is a space set back from the auditorium, designed to offer privacy and concentration. It features two separate work tables : a round one for six people and a rectangular one for 10, ideal for meetings, team sessions, or operational coordination.

Factor Barcelona is also designed for workshops or parallel dynamics. It has up to six distinct work areas , including:

• The sofa lounge in the reception (7 people)
• The two areas of The Studio
• The VIP lounge , with a table for 6 and a second sofa lounge for 5
• The Lounge and The Hall , which can be adapted with mobile tables or circular arrangement

This scheme allows for efficient and convenient division of work groups without losing the cohesion of the event experience.

The Prep is the gastronomic and logistical support area of Factor Barcelona. It is a fully equipped technical kitchen, designed as a service space for catering, setting up coffee breaks, assisting production teams, or preparing simple gastronomic proposals during corporate events.

The space includes a warming oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, large-capacity freezer, climate-controlled wine cellar for red and white wines, full cutlery, glassware for events of up to 150 people, and ice buckets in various sizes. This infrastructure allows operations to be carried out efficiently and discreetly, without interfering with the dynamics of the main event.

In addition to its functionality, The Prep adds aesthetic value: it is designed with a bar-style counter and stools, creating a warm, relaxed, and characterful atmosphere. Its carefully designed aesthetic breaks away from the stereotype of traditional service kitchens, making it a distinctive feature within the venue, perfect both for team work and informal interaction with guests or clients.

Both the use of The Prep and the activation of its full equipment are optional and can be contracted as additional services, with pricing available upon request.

The Lounge is the area designed for serving and enjoying meals during the event. It is the ideal space for coffee breaks, lunches, cocktails, and pause moments, in a comfortable, bright environment seamlessly integrated with the rest of the venue

Located next to The Prep, it allows catering service to operate smoothly, whether for short breaks or full meals. Its furniture is flexible and can be adapted to different formats: high tables, lounge-style areas, or buffet setups.

The Green Room is the oldest and most heritage-rich space at Factor Barcelona. Originally the main office of the former textile factory that operated in the building in the early 20th century, today it has been fully restored, preserving its original essence and transformed into a small yet characterful space, unique within the venue.

It stands out for its exposed wooden structure, Slavonian oak flooring, and elegant classic-style furniture, which together create an intimate, warm, and timeless atmosphere.

The room is equipped with a work table for 6 people and a sofa lounge for 5, making it ideal for special guests, speakers, production management, or moments of rest during the event.

Discreet and set apart from the main area, The Green Room offers privacy and distinction, perfect for confidential meetings or as a preparation room with its own unique identity.
