Managing Partner
Francisco Villamayor is an entrepreneur with a 360° vision of business, combining over two decades of experience in marketing, real estate, and audiovisual production with a deep understanding of global corporate dynamics.
As founder of projects in Argentina and Spain, he now leads Factor Barcelona, a space designed to elevate professional experiences by integrating brand, technology, and hospitality.

With a total area of over 450 m², Factor Barcelona is designed to accommodate a wide variety of corporate formats and dynamics, offering spaciousness and comfort without losing the manageable scale that fosters closeness and experience.
The space is ideal for groups of 30 to 150 people and easily adapts to conferences, workshops, presentations, pop-ups, or training sessions. It always guarantees fluid movement, well-distributed support areas, and a carefully curated experience down to every detail.
Contemporary design, respect for heritage
Factor Barcelona occupies a historic building in the Eixample district that once housed a textile factory and, later, the headquarters of the fashion brand Grisby . Its restoration was based on a clear premise: to preserve the architectural essence of the venue and adapt it, with technology and design, to the needs of today's corporate events.
Original elements such as the entrance door, the Catalan vaulted ceilings, the Slavonian oak floors, the patio tiles, and the exposed wood offices were maintained. All were integrated with modern equipment and versatile furniture.
The result is a space with soul, functionality, and identity. A place where heritage is at the service of professionalism, and where each event becomes an experience with its own unique character.

Factor Barcelona combines contemporary design with original architectural character. The space features a simple and elegant aesthetic, with neutral finishes that allow for complete customization to suit the identity of each event or brand..
The predominant colors—white, black, beige, and olive green—create a calm, professional, and versatile atmosphere, ideal for both formal corporate events and creative activities.
Accessibility and sustainability
At Factor Barcelona, we believe in creating inclusive and responsible experiences. The entire space is 100% accessible, with a street-level entrance, an accessible bathroom, and a barrier-free design: there are no steps or uneven ground within the venue.
From the beginning, we have been committed to sustainable space management: we use energy-efficient LED lighting, we take advantage of natural light through skylights, and we implement waste separation and recycling systems at each event.
